ICT Cluster presented the BrAIn project and AI-driven digital transformation at an international conference
09/25/2025On September 25, 2025, ICT Cluster was represented at the XIII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Problems of Management”, hosted by the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".
Christina Todorova, Technical Programme Manager at ICT Cluster, delivered a keynote speech within the track “The Role of AI in the Knowledge Economy: Transforming Decision-Making in the Digital Age”.
The presentation was titled:
“Digital Transformation for SMEs – Leveraging AI Whilst Guarding Against New Risks”
The keynote highlighted practical steps for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to successfully implement digital transformation strategies powered by artificial intelligence, while ensuring proportional safeguards. Key points included:

fast-payoff AI applications in sales, service, document automation, and marketing;

“AI for Security” – using machine learning for phishing triage, incident detection, and asset discovery;

“Security for AI” – lightweight controls against data leakage, supply-chain risks, and adversarial attacks.
Special emphasis was placed on presenting the European project BrAIn (Interreg Danube) as well, which supports the creation of a regional ecosystem for knowledge, collaboration, and SME empowerment in the responsible adoption of AI technologies.
