Partnership to Support Business and Innovation

A new partnership aimed at supporting businesses, innovation and access to funding opportunities has been established through the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the ICT Cluster Bulgaria Foundation and FinInfo.

The partnership seeks to create new opportunities for companies and organisations to identify and access suitable funding instruments, while also supporting the development of innovative business ideas and projects.

FinInfo is a specialised online platform that brings together up-to-date information on funding opportunities and provides initial guidance, as well as access to a network of experienced experts.

The platform monitors opportunities available through European and national programmes, bank and investment financing, guarantee schemes, accelerator and mentoring programmes, and other support instruments.

Through its network of partners, FinInfo also helps companies and organisations find the right specialists in areas such as project and business plan development, technology, finance, legal services and other forms of expertise required to move their projects forward.

The ICT Cluster Bulgaria Foundation brings together organisations from Bulgaria’s ICT industry and academic community. It works to strengthen the competitiveness of the technology sector, promote entrepreneurship, technology and innovation transfer, and create new business opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Through its activities and partnerships in Bulgaria and internationally, ICT Cluster Bulgaria supports the development of innovative businesses and fosters cooperation between companies, universities, research organisations and other stakeholders within the innovation ecosystem.

The cooperation between the two organisations will help strengthen the connection between the technology sector and available funding and expert support.

It will create opportunities for companies and innovative teams to gain easier access to relevant information, suitable funding programmes and experts who can support them in developing and implementing their ideas and projects.

This partnership represents another step towards building a more connected and resilient innovation ecosystem, where businesses have better access to knowledge, expertise, funding and opportunities for growth.
