ICT Cluster Bulgaria Foundation and Todor Kableshkov University of Transport signed a Memorandum of Cooperation
06/04/2026A new partnership between the ICT Cluster Bulgaria Foundation and the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport was established with the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation on 4 June 2026.
The document was signed by the Chairman of the Management Board of the ICT Cluster Bulgaria Foundation, Petar Statev, and the Rector of the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport, Prof. Dr. Eng. Krasimir Krъstanov.
The partnership aims to create conditions for joint initiatives focused on improving the quality of education and the preparation of students in line with the rapidly evolving needs of the business and technology sectors. The main areas of cooperation include the organization of joint scientific and educational events, conferences, trainings, and public events, as well as the development and implementation of national and international projects.
A special focus will be placed on fostering entrepreneurial thinking, developing practical business skills among students, and creating opportunities for more effective transfer of knowledge, technologies, and innovation between academia and industry.
The ICT Cluster Bulgaria Foundation consistently works to build sustainable links between education and business, supporting initiatives for the development of digital competencies, innovation, and technological entrepreneurship. The new partnership with the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport is another step towards creating a favorable environment for training highly qualified specialists and advancing Bulgaria’s innovation ecosystem.
