On 17 July 2013 in MIE building BSMEPA has organized first meeting for set-up of five working groups, which have to define suggestions for effective measures against basic problems in SME’s sector. The idea for creation these working groups have been cleared during the roundtable discussion “Entrepreneurship and innovation in small and medium business – analisys and perspectives” organized by BSMEPA on 20 June 2013, when about 70 representatives of business, state and bank institutions took part. 

Krasimira Shindarova represented ICT Cluster in the first working meeting, while in future ICT Cluster’s experts will take part in the five working group’s activities:
• WG1: Improvement of business environment and law regulations;
• WG2: Improvement of financing access
• WG3: Promoting development of technologies, innovations and energy efficiency
• WG4: Stimulation of internationalization and export
• WG5: Development and improvement of entrepreneurship education quality
