DEAR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,

In implementation of the project Danube Network for Digital Transformation of Training and Knowledge Transfer Centres for SMEs (Danube DNA), financed under the Danube Interreg Programme (2021–2027), and in connection with the implementation of Activity 2.3 (Joint Solution Development) and the achievement of the project’s objectives, the ICT Cluster Foundation invites all interested parties to submit an offer for the development of a solution for digital and sustainable transformation for a manufacturing enterprise in at least one of the following areas: improvement of energy efficiency, safe working conditions, quality control and monitoring of production processes in the enterprise, digital twins for optimization of the enterprise's operations.

1. The estimated maximum price of the service is 29,337.45 BGN (15,000 EUR) excluding VAT
2. Place of solution development: manufacturing enterprise located in the town of Ardino.
3. Source of funding: Danube Interreg Programme – 85%, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works – 10%, and ICT Cluster – 5%
4. Method of payment: advance and final payment (50% / 50%) will be made by bank transfer to a bank account provided by the contractor.
5. The applicant must also submit, along with their offer, the consent of the manufacturing enterprise where the solution for digital and sustainable transformation will be developed in at least one of the areas listed in the service scope.
6. Offer validity period: not less than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of submission of the offer.
7. Deadline for receipt of offers – until March 21, 2025, inclusive.
