You’ll participate in a complex simulation of a Kanban system. You’ll learn how to visualize and optimize the workflow and how to make the workflow smooth and predictable. You’ll create a Kanban system at the team level.
19-20 February 2020 >>> KMP II: Kanban Management Professional – 1450 lv. no VAT included
You’ll participate in a complex simulation of interdependent teams’ work. You’ll expand your knowledge on using metrics and achieving statistical-based predictability of work in the organization. You’ll learn how to optimize existing Kanban systems and synchronize them at the organizational level.
