The Bylaws of Cluster “Microelectronics and Embedded Systems” was unanimously adopted on a meeting of the founders, held on 16.12.2009 at City University’s hall, Business park Sofia.

The main aims of the new organization are:

• Contributing for mobilization of sources for development of business and innovations in the sector “Microelectronic and Embedded Systems”;
• Supporting education and professional qualification of specialists of common interest by creation of educational centers and development of training programs in the sector of Microelectronics and Embedded Systems;
• Creation of platform for information exchange, coordination of projects of European community, supporting development of the sector and improving its competitiveness;
• Generation of positive public interest and attitude towards the activities of the sector and the members of Cluster “Microelectronics and Embedded Systems.

Mrs. Anelia Pergoot was elected unanimously for Charwoman of the new cluster.
