ICT Cluster Bulgaria Launches New Collaboration with GABI under the MANUFACTergy FACTORY CHECK-IN Programme

ICT Cluster Bulgaria is pleased to announce the start of a new collaboration with GABI, a custom furniture manufacturer based in Gorna Oryahovitsa, under the MANUFACTergy FACTORY CHECK-IN programme.

As part of this initiative, ICT Cluster Bulgaria will work closely with GABI to develop an implementation-oriented Design Study that will support the company’s digital and operational transformation. The study aims to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, strengthening competitiveness, and enabling sustainable growth through digitalisation and process optimisation.

Over the coming months, our team will conduct a comprehensive assessment of GABI’s current workflows, digital maturity, and production processes. Particular attention will be given to the transition from quotation and design activities to production preparation and manufacturing planning, ensuring that key operational processes are aligned with future digital transformation objectives.

The project will culminate in a practical transformation roadmap that outlines concrete actions and priorities for implementation. This roadmap will provide GABI with a clear pathway towards enhanced operational performance while establishing a strong foundation for future investments in digital technologies and automation.
