The ICT Cluster is happy to share the SCALE SEE White Paper, published as a follow-up to the SCALE SEE: Building Capacity for Digital Transformation in Southeast Europe online webinar held on 19 November 2025. The event is designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises from the Southeast European region by introducing them to a diverse range of European funding opportunities, practical innovation pathways, and organisations that can help them access and navigate the broader innovation ecosystem.

It also compiles key takeaways from all presentations and discussions, offering a consolidated resource for organisations seeking to understand and navigate the evolving European funding landscape.
