Implementation of energy monitoring system WeldWise
DEAR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,
In implementation of the project Danube Network for Digital Transformation of Training and Knowledge Transfer Centres for SMEs (Danube DNA), financed under the Danube Interreg Programme (2021–2027), and in connection with the implementation of Activity 2.3 (Joint Solution Development) and the achievement of the project objectives, the Foundation “Cluster Information and Communication Technologies” invites all interested parties to submit an offer for the implementation of a monitoring system for energy consumption and production of spot welding machines – WeldWise, developed by Comicon. Information about the system can be found in the presentation attached to the invitation for submitting offers.

The estimated maximum price of the service is BGN 29,337.45 (EUR 15,000), excl. VAT.

Source of funding: Danube Interreg Programme – 85%, MRDPW – 10%, and ICT Cluster – 5%.

Payment method: advance and final payment (50% / 50%) will be made by bank transfer to the contractor’s bank account, as provided by the contractor.

The applicant must be a Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person, or a consortium thereof, that owns a manufacturing facility on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, which has at least 3 production machines with a total installed capacity of more than 50 kW.

The applicant must have an internal local computer network (LAN) intended for manufacturing operations, with Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, connected to the Internet via a static IP address.

The applicant must have at least one installation for which the production status can be reported via a standard industrial digital or analog signal.

The applicant must prove that it has experts with appropriate technical education who can provide support to Comicon Ltd. during the implementation of the solution.

Offer validity period: not less than 10 (ten) calendar days, starting from the date of submission of the offer.

Deadline for submission of offers: until 1 August 2025 (inclusive), 17:30.
