How ОТТ services affect the business environment and how to resolve the interaction issues between participants of the market and compliance with copyright in a civilized manner? Experts will discuss the trends of the telecommunications industry, technical and legal issues, new trends related to the development and convergence of technologies.

The representatives of the EU regulatory agencies, heads of industry associations, leading operators and suppliers of equipment and solutions, such as SES and Astro Strobel will perform before audience.
